Your password

Passwords are stored as a hash, never as the password itself.

Home access

Your home-access details are shown to a contact only after their PIN or a one-time code texted to them. Every reveal is logged with who, when and from where, and repeated wrong PINs lock the reveal.

Your contacts opt in

Each contact opts in through the link in their invite and chooses their own PIN.

Sensitive actions ask again

Viewing your own home-access details, exporting your data and deleting your account each ask for your password again.

Your card

Your card is held by Stripe. We never see the number.

In transit

Every page and every call to our API is served over HTTPS.
